| Why so high resolution? |
|
When you do renderings in highresolution and the camera comes just a little bit close to the surface the texture also has to be big, and it's a lot easier to scale down then up :)
Quality is also better, and the memory use gets less and less important with cheap memory prices and 64 bit systems. |

| Are the products royalty free? |
|
Yes, all products on cg-source.com is royalty free, and can be used as many times as you wish. |

| How are the textures made? |
|
In most cases the textures are made by stitching many photos together. It's a time demanding process but in the end the result is better. |

| What file format is the files? |
|
All textures are .jpg files saved in highest quality and HDRi maps are .hdr files. |

| How will I receive the files? |
|
When you have bought credits you can add any product to your account by clicking the "add to account" button, when that is done the button will change to a "download" button that you can press to download the file. You can also go to the account page to download files, it also has a list of products that have been added to your account in the past.
When you download something your IP will be registered, so don't give out your personal account information as it will lead to your account being suspended.

All the prices on this page already include 25% Danish VAT if applicable, so no extra amount will be charged. |

| Does cg-source store my credit card information |
|
No, all payments are handled by Paypal so cg-source never receives any of your credit card information. The only information we get from Paypal is if the transaction is denied or successful, and the email you used for the purchase. |
